Since our founding in Munich in 2010, Hans im Glück has grown into a well-known brand with locations in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and now also in the Netherlands. Sustainability plays a key role in everything we do – from expanding our plant-based menu options, like the popular organic falafel burger, to collaborating with innovative sustainable foodtech partners like Greenforce. Our interior, featuring plenty of wood, natural materials, and birch tree trunks, reflects the same philosophy.
