What data do we collect

When you fill in our contact form or the Matchtest or otherwise communicate with us, we ask for some personal data. This data is used to perform the service. The Passage may collect the following data:

Communication

When you communicate with De Passage – by phone, e-mail, via WhatsApp or via our website – we may retain those messages. The data is stored on De Passage’s own secure servers or those of a third party. We will not combine this data with other personal data that we have at our disposal.

Contact forms

The data is stored on De Passage’s own secure servers or those of a third party. We will not combine this data with other personal data that we have at our disposal.

Cookies are also placed by the statistics package, Google Analytics. We would like to know how visitors use the website and how many people visit the website every month, so that we can optimize the use of our website.

Newsletters

Your e-mail address can be used to send newsletters from De Passage. We send our newsletters via the MailChimp mail program.

We do not collect or use information for purposes other than those described in this Privacy Policy, unless we have obtained your consent in advance.

The information is not shared with third parties. In some cases, the information can be shared internally. Our employees are obliged to respect the confidentiality of your data, as described in the General Terms and Conditions found on our website.

Processors

Choices for personal data

We offer all visitors the possibility to view, change, or delete all personal information that has been provided to us at the moment. The Passage may charge costs up to the legal maximum for an inspection and/or corrections and/or for the handling of an objection.

Customize/unsubscribe service newsletter

At the bottom of each mailing of De Passage you will find the possibility to change your data or to unsubscribe from the newsletter. You can also inform us in another written way that you want your data or registration to be changed or deleted. When you unsubscribe from newsletters, your personal data will be deleted from the system no later than the end of the relevant month.

Customize/unsubscribe communication

If you want to modify your data or have yourself deleted from our files, you can send an email to info@depassage.nl.
